Sustainable Culinary Showcase

What: Evening social event featuring Portland and Oregon's best sustainable culinary experiences!
When: Thursday, September 9th, 2010, 7:30 - 10:00pm 
Where: The Ecotrust Building
*For the ESTC participants, street car route maps will be provided. ecoShuttle service is also available from the hotel.

Tickets: The Sustainable Culinary Showcase is free for all full-registration conference delegates. If you are not registered for the full conference but would like to join us at this evening event, or to bring a guest, tickets ($35 per person) can be purchased at the Registration Desk located at the Hilton Downtown Portland or online (Buy Showcase tickets here).

The Sustainable Culinary Showcase features best local sustainable restaurants, wineries and breweries. Enjoy a sample taste of these local culinary leaders, and a relaxing and fun evening with your fellow travel and food-lovers! In the spirit of sustainability, the evening event will also feature entertainment by the local star Trash Can Joe, a smooth blue grass type band that play on recycled items made into instruments.
