Registration Fees:

Non-Member	$635 CAN
Traveler Member	$615 CAN
Professional / Business / Institutional Member	$590 CAN
Sponsor Member	$575 CAN

Note: Non-members signing up as TIES members may result in a cancellation of your registration, subject to cancellation fees. If you have a question about your membership status, please contact membership@ecotourism.org.

Business and institutional level members are permitted two (2) registrations per organization and sponsor level members are permitted up to five (5) registrations at the discounted rate.

Registration Inclusions: Registration includes attendance for all sessions from October 27th to October 29th, open pre-conference sessions, conference materials, food and beverage during the conference (breaks and lunch), Opening Reception, Eco-Auction Dinner and Closing Reception.

Accommodations: Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates for conference attendees have been arranged at local hotels. For more details, click here.

Local Tours: You will have the opportunity to sign up for pre and post local tours on the online conference registration form. More information about local tours will be coming soon. Although registration for some (post conference) tours may be available during the conference, we cannot guarantee prices or availability.

TIES Membership Benefits:

Current TIES members receive discounts on the conference registration. Please note business and institutional members are permitted two (2) discounted registrations per organization and sponsor level members are permitted five (5) discounted registrations.

Student Registration:

TIES is committed to supporting students engaged in higher education in the field of ecotourism and sustainable tourism. To encourage students to take advantage of the learning and networking opportunities through the ESTC 2008, TIES offers a discounted registration for students. To register as a student, please first apply to receive a student discount code using this link.

Please note: students will be required to present a valid student ID card at the On-site Registration Desk and must be currently registered full time at a post-secondary or secondary institution.
